How are the data from this connector displayed in jira? What do we have access to in the system and whether this is actually a connector for Snow as Snow License Manager, because there is no concrete confirmation of this anywhere.
Hi @Joanna Jankowska ,
Can you please provide more details on the connector that you are using? If you want an integration between ServiceNow and Jira you may try Exalate.
Thanks, Dhiren
@Joanna Jankowska hi. Indeed, a bit more info on the connector in question would be great. Otherwise, you can check out the marketplace for other, alternative solutions. Such is ZigiOps. It's a fully no-code bi-directional connector. It connects the two in minutes and syncs their data instantly (you can tailor the data you want to transfer/sync to fit your use case pretty easily). ZigiOps does not store any of your data, comes with advanced mapping features, and can connect systems in a few clicks. Feel free to check it out and even have a short call with our team - if you want to see how its works.
Regards, Diana (ZigiOps team)

Can you specify which connector you are using?
I'm assuming an app but there are a few that could do an integration so before we comment on anything we would need to know which one you are using.
