users unable to access url in ticket update email

Users (service desk customer role access) after creating the ticket in project, they are unable to unable to open ticket updates url in email.

i have checked settings and not found issues.

Hi,

Please check the browse permission in that project(s) and make sure, the SD customers & Reporters are added there.

 

and please make sure, if they can open the tickets via SD portal as mentioned below.
