we cannot able to tag customer in some tickets

not able to tag persons in sometimes. It is working fine in some time and not working some times.

It happens when Someone Else is also updating Content on the same ticket. Just refresh or clear your cache and it should be fine.

Thanks @Dwaipayan Basu ,are you sure this is the only reason..? I am able to tag most of the times, but not always.
