Running customer permissions selected "Customers who are added to the project", how can i receive a notification when a person, not part of the customer organisation or added as a customer, attempts to raise a request?
Please note, this aimed at raising a request via email.

Currently, Jira does not generate a notification when a ticket failed to create, so the customer won't know and admin can only see this by checking the Mail audit log. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
