Recent Activity Gadget ERROR

I want to use this gadget to see the recent activity in my projects but it appears moved and i cant save or change anything. Its like its bugged or something. The third image is how its supposed to be.

I'm sorry, but it is not clear to me what is the exact error that is happening in your Activity stream gadget and what is the exact relationship with the screenshots provided. 

In fact, the screenshots you sent only display how the gadget displays when no issues are returned in the filters you configured for the gadget. Could you please provide us with a video or a detailed description of the screenshots explaining how the activity stream is displaying to you at this moment and what filters you configured behind it?

Also, Can you clarify what do you mean by " it appears moved and I can't save or change anything"?

Additional to that, I suggest the following steps:

1. Check if any errors are being returned in the developer tools of your browser
2. Try to access the gadget using a different browser in incognito mode
3. Check if any errors are returned in your Jira.logs when opening your dashboard:
   Logging and profiling 
4. Ensure you are the owner of the dashboard to edit the gadgets:
   Configuring dashboards 
5. If you are using the default system dashboard, ensure you are on the editing mode, under Settings > System > System Dashboard:
