Recently resolved request missing but database have record.

Hi ,

My Recently resolved request missing but database have record.

Please refer picture below and may i know how can i get back the record to jira from database?

The recently resolved issues are not the issues that are in the status "resolved" but that the resolution field has been set to something different than null. 
You can check if your missing issues have the resolution set. 

I would recommend adding a post-function that automatically sets the resolution field to something when you transition your issue to resolved states.

Do you mean the resolution field as picture below? 

May i know is there have any way recover back from database to Jira?

hello @Casper  it looks like all you issue do have a resolution and it looks like it is the "done" one. 

then I'll suggest you take a look at the JQL of your queue. the recently resolved queue is supposed to show recently resolved but with and "expiration" date .

You can either remove that date or take a wider range
