Remove Portals

My service desk seems to have two different portals, but I cannot find a way to hide one of them. One is the current production one, and the other is a test one.

you have two JSD projects: Contessa and Test. I'm assuming you may wish to retain the Test project for testing so simply ensure that there are no customers for this project. As an admin or an agent of the project you will see this in your portal view but when Contessa customer go to the Help Center they will not.
