Hello, At the moment all service desk agents have the access to delete requests. How can we limit this to just our admins. We have a JIRA-Admin active directory group we can link to that field that contains our jira admin people

You should change the project permission scheme. Remove the Delete Issues permission from all Service Desk Agents and grant this permission to admins.
