Reporter cant view ticket

I created a ticket and later changed the reporter from my name to the person who raised the issue on ticket. Now, she can view tickets that are created by herself but not the one that i created and added her name as reporter. I even tried adding her name under under "Request participants", didn't work as well.

Dear @Jeevan Prabakaran ,

in JSD the reporter are treated as customers with a own permission Implementation than Jira Core/Software users.

So when you create a ticket for someone else, do this on the portal (logged in as agent) with "on behalf of ...".

Hi Thomas, 

I dont have the "on behalf of" option. When i click create new ticket, i only get the reporter field which i can fill in. See screenshot attached.

Dear @Jeevan Prabakaran ,

this with "on behalf of ..." will only show up when you go over the portal page of your Service Desk project or you click on "Raise a request" on the left panel.
