The default notification scheme Service Desk it´s set to notify the reporter when the issue is asignee. And i configured my instance to allow the customers receive Jira notifications and Service Desk notifications. Problem is the customer is not notified when the issue is asigned
What can be the couse this doesn´t work?
I understand that reporter and the Customer who raise the resquest are the same thing, right?
I olso tried modify the scheme, on "Issue Assigned" notiication i added the Customer Role, but didn´t worked either.
Am i forgetting something?
why Service Desk allow to configure Jira notificaciones for customers if it's no going to work at all?
