Is it possible to add request participants to a group of people instead of typing all the names in Jira Service Desk ?
I found that you can put agents in organisation and add the organisation instead.
But is that good practice ?
We have 10 different service desk projects and sometimes we want to ask for help from another team.
Hi Patrik,
Thanks for reaching out to the Atlassian Community. The organizations feature was created for this purpose - sharing with groups in Jira Service Desk.
There is still an outstanding feature request asking for similar functionality for Jira:
There are some third-party add-ons which will allow you to add groups through custom scripts although this is more complex.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Cheers,
Keri
But in the documentation it says organisations is for grouping customers together not agents.

@Patrik Ytterström, you indicated Request Participants which is specific to Customers. Maybe you are speaking of adding groups to the Watcher field which applies to those users with application access, e.g. agents? In that case the open suggestion that @Keri shared applies.
