Hi. We have customers complete a service desk form to install a device on to the network for a temporary period. We restrict the install for up to 1 year before it needs to be removed or requested for an extension. The date field on the form has not limit as to how far out they'd like to choose their date
I know there a products available in Marketplace but I'm hoping that's something that can be scripted as part of Project Automation whereby that field is referenced and a notification is triggered based on time reaching -1 week/month etc. Something like that.
