Rich text on customer portal comment field

do we have any way to archieve to make comment field on customer portal to be a rich text render? We need the @User function on customer portal

Currently, it's not possible to mention users and customer through the customer portal. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

As a workaround, you can use the format [~username] in order to mention customers.
