Right side project menu is disabled how do i enable it ?

Hi,

i created new project using the option Create with Shared configuration after that i clicked on the project menu option  and click on new project and seen side menu like a masked for more details i had attached the screen shot of the issue.

some issue in the jira like first create a project and delete it after that try to create a project using create from shared project while creation itself it will shows some errors but project will create after that try to browse that project you find that project setting is disabled

Hello,

You mean that you can not see the vertical menu, right? If so, try to clear cache of your browser and restart your browser. Or try to open the same page in a different browser.

thank you for reply,i did the action which you had told but no use one more thing i had observed is i am not able to see this new project in the list of projects in the create issue .

Can you see this project in the cog item -> projects?

Go to the project settings and have a look at the permission scheme. Make sure that you have the browse projects permission.

i am able to browse but once selected the project from the browse i am not able to see the left hand side panel its showing as disabled same like attached screen shot

It is not disabled. It is a browser issue. You should try to clear the cache of your browser or try a different browser.

i did it but now use , i created one more dummy project with different name that is working fine , for this project initially i created project normal instead of share from the project after that i was deleted and recreated the new project with same name using create from shared project that time i got some error but project had created i think this error created issue , how to check why it was thrown error.
