Running JIRA OVER SSL

I am trying to implement JIRA over SSl and i have followed these steps from the link https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/running-jira-applications-over-ssl-or-https-861253906.html. at step 15 an error message "cannot establish trust from the CA reply. The import cannot proceed." pop's up and following that i have raised aticket with atlassian and the provided me this link https://www.sslsupportdesk.com/portecle-advanced-keystore-creation-and-manipulation-tool/ . after following those steps i am facing this issue in JIRA Configuration tool "The Private key cannot be found in the keystore.". can any one provide me the solution's thank you.

The solution is to put the private key in the keystore.  The error suggests you skipped steps around point 11 on https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/running-jira-applications-over-ssl-or-https-861253906.html

I didn't miss step 11 I did miss step 14 because it's throwing me an error. And in the other link given by atlassian they have given that error so it's not the issue.

The error message is about it not being able to find your keys in the keystore.  So they're either not there, or imported incorrectly (most of the time, they're simply not there).

Can you read the keystore manually to see what it has in it?
