The solution is to put the private key in the keystore. The error suggests you skipped steps around point 11 on https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/running-jira-applications-over-ssl-or-https-861253906.html
I didn't miss step 11 I did miss step 14 because it's throwing me an error. And in the other link given by atlassian they have given that error so it's not the issue.

The error message is about it not being able to find your keys in the keystore. So they're either not there, or imported incorrectly (most of the time, they're simply not there).
Can you read the keystore manually to see what it has in it?
