does the SLA recalculate for open tickets after setting holidays for the past period?

Hey @Tatiana 

The short answer is yes. If you've made changes to a calendar, it will recalculate any project SLAs linked to the calendar. Please note that the SLA status is only recalculated for open issues, not for resolved issues.
