SLA reporting

Hi, I was told last week it is possible to report several SLA's on the same graphic:

 

This was the answer:

You can report on more than one SLA in the Service desk reporting.  Or create multiple reports, but they can definitely be combined.

We combine our Time to Respond, and our TIme to Resolution goals into one SLA report.

 

Could you please tell me where and how? I can see only the option of run SLA Metric Report whihc will allow me only to select one SLA at a time.

Hi Miguel,

I am not on the Jira Service Desk team, but I will try to help.

It is possible to do this by creating a Custom Report and adding multiple metrics into the report.

Go to your Service Desk Project -> Reports -> Scroll down -> Custom Report -> Give report a name -> Add a Series (button in top right corner) -> Select metrics series.
