We are trying to setup a server base service desk.
This service desk includes multiple projects.
We'd like that all notifications sent to customers are the same whatever the project is generating the notification.
I have found how to customize notifications mails for a project (via the Customer notifications action from the Project settings). In our case, we have to perform this customization for all projects.
Is it possible to configure all projects to use the same set of mails ?
