Hello,
I've a problem with a scripted Behaviour which works in JIRA software, but not in Service Desk.
Although I've mapped it to the Service Desk project (see attachment).
The Behaviour should set the Metric ID mandatory if for component field "Update metric" is entered, otherwise it should be optional.
Thanks for help.
Best regards,
Thomas.
Hi Thomas,
We've recently fixed some issues with Behaviour mapping. Without knowing the versions you are using, this is sounding similar to this: https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/browse/SRJIRA-3377
Please check against the repro steps and see if that matches your versions and experience.

I do not get a message like "ID not found" in the request type mapping (see below).

Hi,
I'm having exact same problem. I created a Behavior to hide or show a text field depending what radio button is selected. This works perfectly in Jira Software test project. I changed mapping to Service Desk project and both new fields show up in correct place but the Behavior script is not run. Text field is always visible.
Jira Software v7.12.3
Jira Service Desk v3.15.3
Scriptrunner v5.6.1
Is there a ticket open for this issue already?
Regards,
Juha
