Can I set something in JIRA service desk that will send a notification emails reminds Agents (or maybe other jira users as well), if an issue is submitted by a customer and has no agent's action to set an assignee for this issue for X period of time
eg. issue is submitted but no Agent assign this issue for last 24 hours. A reminder email is required for this issue to be sent to All Agents.
