Service Desk Outgoing E-Mails with Corporate Identity

is there a possibility to implement our corporate identity in outgoing e-mails from JIRA Service Desk?

You can edit (with winrar) the plugin and change some file to do that

In folder > servicedesk > notifications > *.soy

Well, thanks for your answers, yes we are using the serve version. It's a little pity for the usage from ServiceDesk with external customers. I think it would be a nice feature for future.

Presuming you are using the Server version, JIRA uses Velocity (.vm) files to package up what gets included in those emails. I assume JIRA Service Desk does the same.
