Thanks so much for your question.

I couldn’t reproduce the issue in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-5786 on a 4.7.1 Service Desk instance. I also couldn’t reproduce the issue in an instance running the EAP (Early Access Preview) for 4.9.0 JSD release, so this bug is not present in recent versions.

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the issue, please?
