We are going to implement Service Desk (for about 100 agents). The current situation is:
Jira v7.9.2
Confluence 6.7.3
both licence for 2000 users
Which version of the service desk is more appropriate for us.
Service Desk app for our version of Jira - 3.12.2
or Standalone Server 7.13.0

based on my opinion is better to have both apps together in one Jira instance. But with this older version you will loose some features released in the meantime. Can you upgrade your current apps?

Thank you for your answer. An update is possible, not scheduled but possible, we can try on a test.
What I'm concerned about is having two apps on the same server.
