Set "Done" Tickets read-only in Service Desks

Hi Community,

 

I want to set "Done" tickets read only for customers in Service Desks. I already set the property on the "done" status in my workflow on : 

Property Key: jira.issue.editable                     Property Value: false

but i can still add a comment in the customer channels view. Do i miss something here? I cannot find any reference to that problem. Do i need to configure any screens ?

You need to add the comment.denied property. Check this article - https://www.j-tricks.com/tutorials/permissions-based-on-workflow-status
