Setting a Red * on all Mandatory Field Labels

New to Behaviours. Is there a way to use the tool to set a red * on the label for every field that's required? I think the approach Atlassian has taken (putting "optional" on optional fields rather than the standard red * on required fields) is bass-ackwards. I'm hoping there's a way to use Behaviours to add the red * to the labels automatically for required fields to make them stand out more.

Any guidance?

If you want fields mandatory in the portal, you can mark them as required in the request type. Options are Yes and NO.

I'm aware of that. I'm looking for a way to make required fields stand out like on virtually every form on the web; the norm is a red * on the label. Service Desk doesn't do that, so I'm trying to see if Behaviours can do it via a script.
