When setting up Email request, Request type does not show up in drop-down box

if you have the email setup click the ellipses in the top left under Email requests screen and choose Configure email request types
No, I have tried this, the issue is the request types I want do not show up in drop-down box at all.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Make sure you have a Description field associated w/ each request type, or at least those that you want to use for emails.
