I received bug number of emails sent to Jira Help Desk.
Does Audit log has option to see IP addresses of e-mail which sent to Jira Help Desk?

No, the audit log is about checking administrator changes to settings.
If you want to track IP addresses of emails, you'll need to look at the email's routing headers (And bear in mind that the IP address is not tracked or in the slightest bit reliable when it is, in emails)
