Share knowledge base article as comment, no base url in the address

Hi,

I have a problem where I click on Share as comment for any knowledge base article, the base url is not in the address.

This is what is shown in the comment:

[Title of the article|/jira/servicedesk/customer/kb/view/54723085?applicationId=19dfcd72-a45e-5912-9f87-1aa18ff6e1c3&spaceKey=KB&title=Title+of+the+article&requestKey=ITSUPPORT-12559&portalId=2]

It should show me a clickable link.

Clicking on the article works as intended.

 

Jira Software: 8.4.1
Jira Service Desk: 4.4.1
Confluence: 6.15.4

We are experiencing this very same issue.

Hi Jason,

I've forgot to update this question.

I found out that this bug is fixed in 4.4.2 and 4.5.0 https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-6545
