Shared KB Article in the ticket

Hi 

For some reason I'm not able to share the KB article via my ticket. 

My KB did appear in the ticket and when i click on Shares as Comment it will post a link int he Comment section however, the link doesn't seem to be working. When I click on the link it bring me to google instead of my confluence page. 

This is the sample of the url
