Show Pending Reason on Client ticket/portal

Hello,

 

Does someone know how I can enable the display of the pending reason on the client portal, when they view their ticket.
They should be able to know why their request is on hold.

 

I don't mind it if needs an add-on, I just want to provide my customers with the information on why their request in on pause.

 Hello,

You will need an add-on for that. You can try the one we wrote - Advanced Portal Reports - it would allow you to show Pending Reason, as well as any other issue field to the customer in a table report format (much similar to the existing Requests page). Also the customer can sort, rearrange columns, export to CSV. etc.

This simple feature is not available natively in JSD Server?

 

Does your Add-in interactConflict with other plug-ins like "Extensions For Jira" or "My Requests"?

These already manage stuff like displaying SLA on the client portal.
