I am checking the integration of the service registry between opsginie, Insight, and Jira service management ( premium).
When I assign a service to a ticket, I cannot see much about the status of that service and I don't find it useful.
Is it possible to add a status field in the service registry to show the status of the service based on certain rules? for example, there is a major incidence in opsginie?
What I see is the services in Insight are hardcoded and cannot be customize,d unlike other assets you can define by yourself.
