Some assignee cant get email when issue assigned to them

Thank you for reaching out.

We suggest checking the following steps to properly troubleshoot why the user is not receiving notifications:

  1. Navigate to your project > Project settings > Notifications and confirm the "Current Assignee" is properly added to the Issue Assigned notification
  2. Ask the user that is not receiving the notification to navigate to Personal Settings and check if the option "You're the assignee for the issue" is flagged under the menu"Get email updates for issue activity when":

  3. Check if the Agent is not being considered a customer in the issues, as mentioned in the KB below:
    Service Desk Agents do not receive internal notifications
