Hi,
I tried to set up time stamp once status is changed to pending (means: awaiting for customer response). The idea is that status change is track in field not only in activity log.
I tried following set up but I can't add it.
Project settings-> Request -> Edit Workflow -> Transition -> Rule -> Update a request field -> next steps on the picture
Do you have any idea why I can't add it? Or if you have any recommendations how to create this rule in next-gen project in Jira Service Desk Cloud , it will be very helpful.
