Hello!
I have Jira Service Desk Server installed.
Sometimes agents get strange messages in their email that I made changes to the ticket.
That I changed status of ticket:
Resolved[5] -> Closed[6]
or
Waiting for support [10001] -> Waiting for customer [10002]
I did not do anything and did not even go to JSD these days. Why are there such changes?
I found where it is configured:
