Hello - is there a way to subscribe a knowledge base article in Jira Service Desk to be notified when there is an update.
We have a page with the list of Releases. When we add a new release information to the we want the customers to be notified who have subscribed to that page.
Any advise?
Confluence offers “anonymous access” which means the site visitor does not need a login and thus does not need to be licensed to view the content. Usually Knowledge Base Space is configured as “anonymous access”.
Unlicensed (anonymous) users do not have permission to 'like' or 'watch' content.
Anonymous users will not receive any type of email notifications (comments or content edits) and cannot be 'mentioned' in content as they are anonymous and thus not recognizable in the system from another anonymous user.
Online forums and learning are now in one easy-to-use experience.
