Superuser customer in Sevice Desk Portal

hello,

maybe someone found I workaround in having a super user client functionality? By superuser I mean a client who can see other users (from the same company!) issues in portal but these users cannot see his and other colleagues issues. So "Organization" functionality doesn't fit here..

There are no layers in the customer functionality.  You're either a customer (in or outside an organisation), or you are not.
