I tried Surveys for Jira, trail mode, to collect the comment associated with the client rating. However, it appears that the satisfaction scale did not work and it redirected to a page whenever we click on it.
My Jira instant is cloud.
Surveys actually does not work in my case. Do you have any recommendation, correction for the config, if any ?

Tan, not sure if you found a solution to this problem; however ProForma (or ProForma Lite, which is free) can be used for surveys. An automation rule can be built to automatically add the survey on a workflow transition, such as when the issue is marked as done. The survey is attached to the issue and is accessible via the JSD portal (and on the issue).
Hi Simon - can you use it to say set dates - we have an application where checkout date must be after checkin date (for a hotel say). Will pro-forma lite support this?
