I tried to use organisation but it did'nt work well .

What about Organizations did not work well for you? If the users in the team are Customers, I.e. don’t have application access, the Organizations is the only option to share issues.
I created an organization but as soon as a user creates a ticket it assignet it by defaut to the first organization created. so I haven't any possibilty to modify the field organizatio
