Hi everyone,

As service agent, I can tag someone using @ in request Comment field on Jira service desk backend.  A name list pops up after I typed @.  But when I tried to tag someone using @ in the Comment field on the customer portal, no name list is popped up.

Is it by design?  Or I missed some configuration.

Thanks much for your expertise and advice!!

Thanks, Susan.  I voted that one.  But I think JSDCloud-1476 is different from what I am talking about.  What I want to do is on customer portal, not agent site.  I am administrator.

Hope that helps
