Hello team...what is the best want to take a customer facing project offline to perform some testing (new automations). This would only be for a few hours but it is critical that customer do not access this portal during this time (and I will create a banner for the portal indicating the downtime) ...thank you in advance for your help
Unfortunately there’s not a single configuration to take the project off-line. But you could consider to either remove all the customers but that could be onerous, or you could hide all of the request types by not including in any group. This would result in the customer not being able to open an issue me a portal. Of course this would not prevent someone from using the email channel if that is already set up. So you would need to disable that as well temporarily.
