Hello Community,

Testing the Jira SD  I've realized when I send an email the ticket was correctly open but the Priority was automatically 2.

Per default, every ticket would be open with priority 2?

Hello @Carlos de Magalhaes 

You need to edit the default priority for your project.

Project settings -> priority-> Actions ->edit priorities
