Hello Community,

We've configured our priorities in Jira SD from 1 to 4 and we need the time to resolution for all of them.

I've configured the Time to resolution but this appears only for the priority 1 and 2.

On Jira SD we need to have also a Time to resolution for priority 3 and 4.

How can I configure the Time to resolution for priority 3 and 4?

Hello @Carlos de Magalhaes 

Go to your project settings -> SLA

Edit Time to resolution SLA 

Under Goals use JQL to match your priorities and set target.
