I would like to know if it is possible in JIRA Service Desk to trigger the creation of a new issue when I move to a specific status.
For example, when I move to Pending XX, i would like that a window displays leading to the creation or duplication of a new issue.

I believe in service desk you have the usual ability of JIRA for modifying the workflow - specifically you can add a post function to the transition you are talking about. Use the Create Issue or Create Subtask from Create on Transition for JIRA.
