Hi!

Is it possible to send an authomatic respond to customer when they complete de satisfaction survey?

Example

Automated responses to feedback 

5 Stars: Awesome! Thank you! We will make sure to keep up the good work 

4 Stars: We can do better - let us know what we can do to get that 5th star

3 Starts: Well, that could have been better - let us know how we can improve

2 Stars: Ohh no - sorry to disappoint you - let us know what went wrong 

1 Star: Clearly a disaster - sorry you had a bad experience - tell us what went wrong

I believe this isn't achievable at the moment with the CSAT functionality provided by JSM. You might want to create a feature request for this here.
