Unable to add a user via customer portal using shared with option
I am the JIRA administrator and have created customer portal for raising incidents. For adding a watcher using Shared With option, I am unable to add one particular user to the watchlist. I am getting error " We couldn't submit your request. Refresh the page and try again". This is happening with only one user and I am able to add all the other users via portal. Can someone help and let me know if i am missing something
