Hi,

Please help in case someone has had a similar problem and knows how to solve it.

We want to alllow users to invite participants in the issues they open and we have already followed the instructions given in Set up customer permissions, with no results.

Thanks.

M.

Manuel,

Under security in your Service desk project, check to verify if AGENTS and CUSTOMERS option is selected.

Please see attached image.

Hi, Victor.

Thank you very much for your reply, which pointed in the right direction. In addition, people from Jira answered to a ticket I opened saying that:

On the "Customer permission" setting of the project, the "Who can customers share requests with?" is set to "Other customers in their organization". If they're not in an organization, they won't find anyone.

...

If the customers are listed with no organization (individually) in the project, this "Customer permission" sharing option will not work because the customers are not grouped in an organization, and will not be able to find any other customer.
