To spice up the Queue names in ServiceDesk, I used Unicode icons embedded in the text admins can edit to name queues.
In the newest versions of Chrome, FF and Edge on my Windows 10 system, everything looks fine. But, once other users jumped in on their systems with their browsers, many users cannot see some of the Unicode characters.

(ignore the red box)

Any suggestions on how to rectify this?

Works for FF, but what about Chrome? Do I have to download the "Advanced Font Settings" from the Chrome Web Store? I did try it and simply downloading it didn't seem to rectify anything automagically. ;)

I have no clue. It should work out of the box in chrome. I would try updating to the latest version and retrying´or search for an equivalent extension.
The atlassian support team might be able to suggest another workaround.
