Update username on work log while editing a issue through JIRA REST API

I am doing issue transition through the JIRA rest API by using Basic authentication as username:password, so I want to add other username in the work log rather than admin username. Here basic authentication is done using admin account.

You can not log work for another user using Public Rest Api.
