Usable User Picker (single user) without lisence

Hello. I wonder is there any way to allow users to use the costume field "User Picker (single user)" without them needing to use a Jira license? As it stands we have a small crew that works cases but some new forms ive made uses this field, now the people using this form can only use it as a pure text field which messes up things deeper within. So is there any way I can set it so they can use this field without having to give upp licenses for this one thing? Like can I add a AD group into the global permissions or will that consume lisences?

It’s possible to allow people without a license to search for users and groups, it will affect all “User Picker” fields, it won’t be restricted to only one.

With that said, to allow them to search users, it’s necessary to change the global permission.

Please, go to System > Global permissions and add the permission to Anyone for Browse Users.
