User Access problems

Good morning,

I am in trouble trying to open access to some new users (Agents) to my JIRA project. The strange thing is that i have put all of them into the JIRA-SERVICE-MANAGEMENT-USERS group and some of them are able to access JIRA and access the project too, but some of them no even if they are identical. For sure I am doing something wrong, any idea?

Hi @Sergio Beretta ,

• Was that the only thing you've done? Just add them to the jira-service-management-users group?
• Are they all accessing the same projects or is this different projects?
• Are the users for which it works in other groups too?

Depending on your project permissions they might need to be added to a role or other group which has access to the project.

One thing you could do is use the permissions helper to see whether those users are missing something.
